Privacy Policy/Advertising Statement

Privacy Policy
SkyWriting Editing Services and The Charlotte Flyer will never sell or give away any subscriber information to vendors without prior written approval.  You’ve got our word.  We collect basic subscriber information only so that we can provide readership demographics to potential advertisers, who serve as the only source of income for The Charlotte Flyer.  Your information will only be used in the aggregate.

We reserve only the right to send up to two advertisements per month to your subscription email address.  These emails will be from pre-screened vendors but will be sent directly from us (i.e. email lists will not be turned over to the vendor).  Consider it the “cost” of subscribing…we think two emails per month is much more palatable than having to pay for a subscription.

Advertising Statement
Here’s the deal.  We provide The Charlotte Flyer free by email to anyone who requests it, and print additional copies for free distribution at area FBOs and flight schools.  Advertising is our only source of income to offset costs.  Please patronize the advertisers that have chosen to support The Charlotte Flyer.  It is they who bring you this great, community-building newsletter.
